I heard Rosetta Stone was pretty good, I love the name too since it's one of my favorite historical pieces.
Need some native german folks to help you out with the details/questions though.

Lets see, Dutch or Flemmish (to the rest of the world apparently their 2 languages, who knew?) I speak in every day life, French a little as well (I live close to Brussels, its a necessary evil 
) and ofc English here on Valhalla.
I know a little German but I wouldn't try speaking it. Not to worry, I tend to see myself more as a European. Europe is sort of like the Federation that it grows by inviting new members to strive for the betterment of mankind.
There are others here who don't have a countrymen, not to worry, in the fleet we are all the same, Federation citizens and Starfleet officers.
