Greetings from The 2nd Fleet

Good Morning,

I am Grand Admiral Tesla of the 2nd Fleet.

I would like to open diplomatic relations with your fleet as soon as possible.

Just to give you a quick background of us, The 2nd Fleet is still rather new.

We are group of active fleet members who came together from numerous dying fleets to form a new active fleet and hence The 2nd Fleet was born.

We are a mixed bag of players we have several Veterans and several newbies which we are more than happy to assist.

We currently have fleet events that run every week; STF: Friday nights, Fleet Action Wednesday, Fleet meetings, and Inner Fleet PvP.

We primarily use Mumble for voice communications but we also use Team Speak 3 and in game chat.

We are very active on both STO forums and our own websites forums.

We would like to invite you to send an Ambassador to our fleet website at http://www.2nd-Fleet.org and register with us so that we can learn more about the 12th Fleet, I know there are a lot of "We"'s in this message but we really would like to know more about "You".

On Saturday July 9th @ 10:45pm EST, it will just be our two fleets in attendance.

Let me know if the 12th Fleet can attend, and how many fleet members you intend to bring.

Could you provided a little more information on this event, like what kind of matches there will be, location, and any other info you may have on an event?

Thanks for getting back to me.

I think for our first Joint Fleet Event we should just keep it simple and meet up at Club 47 at Earth Space Dock. From there we can do 3 rounds of Space Combat, and if everyone is still up for it we can do 3 more rounds of Ground Combat.

This is sounding fun.... as you and Rika bang out the details of the JFE, we should go ahead and schedule are First Contact Meeting on Volcan (High Temple). We usually try to get this formality out of the way before the fleets meet, but I don't see why we can go ahead and set this up.

Could we meet between not the July 9th? I'll leave it to Diplomat Rika to work out the time... we'd also pass along our TS info. to your Ambassadors so help that meeting move along smoothly.

I have been talking to the Division heads of our PVP Division and they want to get a team together. They just were wanting to know the size of the matches like 1v1, 3v3, or 5v5.

On a second note as Volen stated at the embassy, If it all possible, could we set up a meet and greet before the PvP event, just to talk and chat?

I am available most nights after 9pm PST but my availablity opens up a bit Friday - Sunday that its possible to schedule better times as long as we do it in advance.

A meet and greet is do-able.

How about this we postpone the PvP for another week, lets say July 16th @ 10:45pm EST,
and we do a meet and greet on July 9th @ 7:45pm EST instead?

Also as for the PvP how about we plan on doing 5v5 but bring extras and take it from there.

Note: I have appoint Admiral Brian as the 2nd Fleet Ambassador, and as such he is the head of our newly formed Diplomatic Corps. He has appoint Vice Admiral Sparky as the Envoy to the 12th fleet and they both should be in contact with your very soon
