I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not on these forums but I just wanted to give a heads up for anyone who might be interested.
The third season of TOS was released on blu-ray Dec. 15th. My girlfriend got it for me for Christmas and I was really excited to see that there is a STO in-game bonus inside. Inside there is a code for the Starfleet uniform worn in the Wrath of Khan movie. Here are a couple pictures:
It's around $50 so a bit expensive just to get it for the bonus, but if you are a big trekkie and want to add some blu-ray flavor to your collection, you should definitely check this out.
You know that's the first time I heard about ingame bonuses for STO period. I heard about it at first and was extremely confused as to what they meant by "Admirals Uniform"
They didn't say which movie, which era of trek etc. I assumed grey shoulders/ds9 look/gold trim/Federation belt "Admirals" uniform.
Then about a month and a half back they specified it was that one you posted a screenshot of.
Was it a neat uniform? Yes.
Will you stand out in the game wearing it? Abso-lutely
Do I want it? Not for $50. If I go to HMV tomorrow during my boxing day shopping and I see it for $30~. Then deal.
Yes I'm going to be part of that Boxing day crowd. I'm upgrading to 6 gigs of ram, a new router (Technical problems with mine, whoever built it had a grudge against society)

*frowns* Why couldn't there be one of those in my copy of Voyager Season 1 I got for christmas. Oh well. I'm sure all of these bonuses will eventually be available as micro-transactions in the cryptic store as some point... though, it's be nice if that werent true.

I ordered one from Amazon, should be here tomorrow or the next day. Hopefully they still come with it, as I read somewhere late last night they were limited.
