MOS & AMOS

Recently some Divisions have recruited more heavily than others. Might I propose the military designation of MOS and AMOS: Military Occupational Specialties and Additional MOS. This would allow an individual to fill the role of the first responsibility of their choosing while giving the Fleet a source of manpower to fill the needed roles in a secondary capacity. Just an idea to be tossed around. Should this proposal be taken under consideration, it need not be mandatory, but on a volunteer basis. The incentive to fill two roles would be left to the infinite wisdom of our Admiralty.

I feel that honestly you would be a great addition to Jag. If you would be willing to Join Jag to help support the 12th fleet, I would be more than gracious. Because we have been filling up other divisions so fast you could really help jag out by joining their division temporarily. I would like to put you on a special assignment to help boost Jag's #s.

I would like for you to use this as a personal challenge and a chance to prove your abilities in our fleet.

If you can help get Jag up and on it's feet you will have my full support for promotion and will push strongly for your being recognized for it.

Would you be willing to take on that challenge and work with the other Jag officers until they are a fully functioning group.. You may then transfer to any Division you wish, when an opening arrives.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain my full support.

Our fleet is set up so that we can only serve in one division at a time. So you always have the ability to build up rank fast in Jag and then Transfer and keep that rank.

I disagree with the idea. We need permanent membership in less popular divisions which is why we not only try to persuade those willing to choose a certain position, but recruit specifically for them.

I kinda like the idea depending on which ship class i go which ill see in open beta most likely Cruiser. I would really like participating in exploration stuff or any division that would need the man power while im on, of course once my duties on the engineering side are complete.

Well i'd perfectly willing to help with tactical (doubt they'd need it though ), JAG, research, diplomacy or exploration. Id go for trade and supplies except i doubt a escort ship could carry much cargo. But when and if i've got a cruiser ill ferry cargo
