I just got my 6th slot in Active Space for my Duty Officers Roster and am now looking for suggestions on whom to place in them. I'm running the Fleet Guardian Cruiser with a Tactical Fleet Admiral.

I'm also needing suggestions for Bridge Officers. I've got 2 Romulan Superior Operatives (one in Universal, one in Tactical), need help filling Engineering/Intelligence, Engineering, and Science chairs. As far as my ship set up it can be seen here: http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=phoenixb_9417

All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm mainly looking to aid/enhance the equipment I already have(too much to list, the link is up to date). I mainly do PVE's, but use for missions and PVP's as well.

looking at your set up i would change one of your skills so you had both Emergency power to Weapons as well as shields and then use a doff set-up of 3 * Damage control engineers (as they reduce cool down for EP allowing you to use two powers pretty much simultaneously (ie one power still running when the other is fully completed its charge down) I would also put a warp core engineer 25% chance of +20 to all power levels with any emergency power used and then i would have a zemok 15% cool down on attack patterns and beam skills and then as the final doff i would use one of 3 depending on what you want to use it for Option 1 Borg Warfare specialist great for stfs Option 2 Marion Francis Dulmar option 3 their is a Energy weapons officer that has a 50% chance to drop your beam cool downs by 10 seconds everytime you use a beam skill( and most people forget this one exists so its usually allot cheaper i got one a few days ago for under 10 million EC)

Well I'm not much on Doffs but there would be one or two suggestions I'd make otherwise.

I'd say dump the Proton Particle Stabilizer since it really isn't that great of console except if going for the 2 piece and I'd also say dump the Regenerative Integrity Field unless you feel you need the healing.

You might want to keep the RIF if you tank, but that is really a rare and special bird to do that these days (for Elite STFs mainly).

You should specify what you want to do aside from PvE.... it'll help us give recommendations. Quite frankly, PvE content is not that hard; good piloting in the 'ol Connie can get through it.

The new doffs from the Delta Alliance Doff pack are awesome + crit chance and + crit severity. But seriously expensive

As for boffs, sadly Feds don't have much choice. I'd put the potato head (Hierarchy free from the Delta arc) as sci as he has pirate/efficient. For your engineering seats, until we have access to the new Krenim boffs, I'd either slot Saurians with efficient, or humans for leadership.
