CCA in 5760x1080

Well, more like 2880x540 since I halved the size in Photoshop to make the file size manageable.

It may look like I have panels stuck right in the middle of everything haphazardly, but they are actually placed where my monitors join together, so it makes perfect sense to place them and use them that way. My center screen stays almost 100% clutter free while a quick glance left or right tells me what I need to know.

You may also notice that the boxes don't touch the outside edges of any of the screen. This is to I can click target an off screen target as its name floats along under the box.

You might have to right click and save these and open them in something like Photoshop to see the actual size. The forums limit even the 1/2 size version.

I've had a couple surround setups in 5760x1080 and also an earlier setup in 4800x1200.

This first video was in 4800x1200 (5040x1200 with bezel correct) and is with the old UI, the chat box was off to the left but was a long box so everything was on one line when typed.

I did change things quite a bit when playing though when i was running surround but then with multiple screens you have the real estate to mess around. I ended up settling on having everything just to the inner edge of the bezels on the outer screens so the center screen is clear but the UI isn't so far off to the side that i don't need to turn my head to far. That gets annoying. Also in the heat of battle when you need something fast you'll find it takes too long to do something unless you have some serious speed on your mouse. I found the side screens were more for situational awareness rather than actual use. I only looked at the center screen with the UI just off to the side screens but still centralized.

Btw that top video is with an Intel core 2 duo E7500 oc'd to 3.85ghz on water with a single GTX660 with no oc and 8gb Corsair ddr2 800mhz memory. That played STO at 4k, maxed out with no problems.

This way I can quickly cycle through a lot of FOV settings and pick the one I am in the mood for at the moment. I have added the code in the link you posted so I can always have a prefered default starting point for space and ground. Thanks!
