Allow me to introduce myself.

I'm an old player of STO who has been gone from the game for some time, and I've finally found my way back.

But seeing as the fleet I was part of has gone down, I'm now looking for a new fleet to join. And I'm having a nice talk with T'Hor, ingame at the time I'm writing this message, and I must say, he's been very kind and helpfull, in asnwering what questions he can.

But as he said, he is unsure as to how active the RP part of the fleet is, and I am curious as to hearing how active it is ? And if it is something that I can help re-vitalize, I'll be more then happy to help (got 15+ years of RP experience).

I hope to get many fun hours and chats with you Guys in the future.

Firstly, welcome back to the game! If you have been away a while then you will likely notice a lot of changes over the past few years... STO has some great things happening in-game with the overall story.

Good to hear that you had a chance to meet T'Hor, great guy, long time member of the Fleet, and a real asset to the 12th.

As to 12th's RP community, things are in flux at the moment (honest answer), as the Medical (RP) Division is in the process of formally merging with another Division.

However, the RP focus of Medical will be part of the merger so it's not going away, just likely to see some changes over the course.

What this "Could" mean for you in the context of your question about opportunities to contribute; is that now is likely a good time for energetic folks who are motivated to drive some RP projects and ideas to jump in and help with the process.

The current Vice Admiral for the Medical Division is Amarai, and the VA for Exploration (The Division that Medical is merging with), is WilliamSTO.

I encourage you to reach out to both via PMs on our forums with any questions or thoughts you might have on RP with the 12th and it's future.

Hi Rahloman,
I think QorDaq has answered your questions quite in detail.
There used to be a couple, well scheduled, RP series that used to run until a couple of months ago.

Now we seem to have no RP series running atm, but Gearbox is scheduled to start his on 19th of Dec.
So there's one. I think it would be great to have someone who could drive the RP interest further!
Amarai might have something to add as well.
