Razer goes Kaput

Post by asimogorov »

Hello,
It's been a mice kaput season in 12th :face:
My Razer naga went kaput (it was my first) and looking at some people's (Husker) comments I'm not getting a new naga, Logitech G600 it'll be.

I feel your pain. I absolutely loved my Naga. Just too bad they're too damn fragile.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Razer in the hopes that they will replace it, not looking good atm even though it's less than one year old.

You would have thought so, apparently not. They have a 2 year manufacturers warranty but because i bought mine from Amazon it doesn't apply.

Talk to Amazon, they sold it so you're entitled to a replacement if it's less than 12 months since they sent it to you.

Mine's just a few days older than a year and I didn't buy it using the credit card that extends the 1 year limit, unfortunately. I bought it from Amazon as well. Wrote to Razer asking about 2 year warranty, no reply yet!

A reply from Razer!!!

My mouse needs to be replaced (knew that) and Razer are going to sort it out themselves. I'm guessing end of February and i'll have a new Naga, these guys are really slow.

So not looking too bad atm.

Gorov give them a try, the warranty is two years on a mouse according to Razer.
