from what i read there is no breen ship. just a fleet trophy.

If you look at one of the Breen consoles under the list of ships that console can go on you see "Breen carrier T6"

Above Q's head it mentions a tier 6 War Theln.

I doubt they'd do it outside of a lockbox or 3 pack, but a Scimitar style dreadnought carrier could just make me care about Q portraits. Never finished one of these event ships yet.
