Fitting STO 2409-2410 Events into a Streamlined Timeline

Ive recently decided that I wanted to start writing some short stories revolving around STO. Primarily a crew that is not the games primary protagonists (Your Characters).
Most of my inspiration for these stories will be coming from DS9 and its writers attempts to clean up and even organize the ST Universe into something a bit more in touch with reality (Fleets, Diplomacy, Trade, Crime, etc). What I want to do is apply this to the STO Universe. Attempt to clean it up a bit with some fanfic so I dont facepalm everytime I warp into a new instance. And to be honest. The STO Universe is quite one-dimensional. Everything revolves around the Hero, which yes I understand as a character in an MMO, it needs to happen. But so much so that very little story is told outside of the Hero and his/her Crew.
At least Blizzard got something right by releasing Comics and books that gave players a chance to see a world much more fleshed out. And maybe Im hoping to do this for myself, and any one willing to read once I have it finished.
But as I was prepping everything I needed to begin this story. Characters, Backstories, Setting, Plot, and such. I realized something. It had been so long since I played through the current content from Level 1-50 that I was unsure of everything leading up to the current events in Delta Rising. And I wouldnt be able to put together a rational story without a proper timeline of recent events. With all of the Tutorial Changes, the changes to the storyline involving the Romulans...What I experienced 5 years ago at the games launch might be significantly different from what is now portrayed in game.
So Ive set out to replay the game from Level 1- Level 60. And essentially create summaries regarding missions I play through. Much in the style of the Path to 2409. I will attempt to exclude any missions that are filler and simply not important to the overall storyline (Distress Call Missions, General Daily Missions). Mostly focusing on events that should be note worthy (Borg Incurisons in General, Klingon Doomsday Device, Iconians).
Ive also come to the realization that everything that takes place from Level 1- Level 60 would not be able to fit in a span of a year and a half. The Hero is just in too many places at once for it to be reasonable or possible. Obviously for the sake of gameplay the Hero IS in fact everywhere all at once so not to miss any content. But the only way for all of these events to take place in this span of time. Is for it to overlap and happen in general 'all at once'. Meaning that my story can not acknowledge the Hero. And pretend that said Hero doesnt exist, which I already intended to do. That the NPCs involved in these stories are at the heart of solving these disputes or conflicts.
I intend on using this thread to consolidate these summaries. And eventually organize them. Anyone that wants to chime in and debate where these events fall within the timeline are welcome. And will be taken into consideration. As of right now after playing the first three or four missions of the Fed side. Ive decided to put the starting date of the Timeline in late May 2409. This has been done because according to the Tutorial your character graduates from the Academy the day the opening events occur. I may be mistaken but everything Ive read up on about the Academy indicates they start in August/September and end May/June. So this is a rational starting point for me. If someone can provide evidence stating otherwise I will gladly change the starting point to fit that better.
If anyone who has played through the Romulan and Klingon Content and has extensive knowledge of the events occurring on those sides of the game would like to chime in. That would be greatly appreciated. The more knowledge I can condense and fit into my 2409-2410 Timeline will greatly help.
NOTE: Events for Romulans, Klingons and Feds may occur at different points through out the timeline. During my research Ive found that the Nukara Prime Tholian Incurison, according to the STO wiki, took place in April and early May of 2409. Which is prior to the Late May Events of Vega Colony. I believe we will run into numerous events that seem to not match up with the way in which we experienced the events in game. So just remember, while we may have played through missions in a certain order because of the way Cryptic released its Content....It may not have occurred in that order according to the way the timeline is supposed to be viewed.
