I patch and engage to load STO and guess what happens: Blue screen!
Then "my trust in Cryptic is so much" that I reboot my computer and do it again and guess what happens again? Blue Screen!
Reported!
I guess that's what you get for trusting Cryptic.

Without further information I can only suggest the obvious really, Try updating Graphics drivers or re-installing the game.
If that fails you may need to contact Cryptic.

If you were using the computer while it was patching then that can screw things up.
