My mouse needs to be replaced (knew that) and Razer are going to sort it out themselves. I'm guessing end of February and i'll have a new Naga, these guys are really slow.

So not looking too bad atm.

Gorov give them a try, the warranty is two years on a mouse according to Razer.
Success!?! It's a miracle!

Not really happy that i'm losing the molten skin as that's the main reason i bought it but a new 2014 model does sound good. Is the Naga 2014 the one with the mechanical thumb buttons???

Well Razer has a strange returns process. Instead of returning the mouse to them they asked me to cut the cord close to the mouse and show a pic of the cut cord and the serial number in the same pic. I suppose this renders the mouse useless so they're happy to send a replacement. I've never seen that before.

Once i get my replacement i'll open up the old mouse, re-solder the wires back together inside and have a go at repairing the sensor :D

Wow, that's one strange way of doing it. I guess thre is now no shipping cost for a useless mouse, and they would probably just dispose of it anyway. The good news is you have a replacement.

Just to add Razer are sending me a new Naga 2014. I tried to get an Epic out of them, i told them i wanted it because it was closer to the same shape and button positioning as the previous Naga but they wouldn't have it. Ah well, can't blame me for trying :P
