Naa what I mean is tell them to go here (here being your forums of course) fill out this standard question list, your goal is to make a community, a process is key to that normalization. Say we as Pinafore do these things, X Y and Z. Your good with STF and crafting so focus on those. Players often need specifics I think.

Its amazing to me how international STO is. With a large British Populations, a hefty EU representation. I suspect Americans like me are in the minority

We're good with STF indeed, butt so far we aren't even enuff people to build an STF group with. That's the problem. So I can't boast with sumfin we can't offer unless we have five or more people on at the same time. Do you see the dilemma?

Yeah I understand but if you set a regular run, Pug as needed bring those you have and keep doing it regularly that sort of thing has a way of growing. Your not being dishonest if you say that you run X STF every whatever day.

Yeah, butt don't they expect that the fleet is at least ten or so people strong and can do STF's on their own without pugs?

Expectation are all well and good. But not relevant in the face of reality.
As part of 12th I have lead about 15 STFs run several times that number. While most of those runs were fleet, a good number included regular Non-12th player(s). The point is ever fleet pugs, they will try and control who but that’s what happens when ya need more. All that matters is fun and success. Provide those and your set.

As you know fleet groups can fail a run just as easily as a PUG, fleet groups are more likely to listen but if ya don't have the DPS ya don't have the DPS.
