hi i would like to join your fleet as vice admiral of operations if thats possible

Hello there! Where are you from? we are in an European only recrutiing drive to balance out our members that are in the US, so if your american you can join a waiting list. In terms of rank though, new members start off at the rank of ensign and have to work their way up.
If youve read around to the sections here allowed, there are certain requierements for the higher ranks. Here you ahve to work to move up so no you cannot be a Vice admiral to start, as first you have to be active, become known by other fleet members, and prove yourself to be a mature and respectful member.
