Graphics are excellent and look very Trek :D

I was surprised when i saw the graphics i think they are quite good, i was expecting them to look more like the cartoon looking champions online graphics style. the question i have tho is if starship shields are up do the weapons hit the shields or do they just hit the hull and take shield points away....if that makes sense.

My understanding is that phasers affect shields, torps have less effect on shields but some damage will blead through to the hull. So basically use phasers to elimanate shields and then torp them :ugeek:

i meant graphically not in actual dmg. like in eve you have shields but the weapons in the game just look like they hit the ship itself not the shields but it dose shield dmg before hitting armor.

The graphics in this game are awesome, alot of people think they look bad but compared to WoW and SWTOR it is much less cartoony and looks great especially the phaser distortion effects.
