15th Anniversary -- Celebration


By order of the 12th Fleet Command
the August Squad of the Month meet will be replaced this month by a celebration to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of 12th Fleet's forum going live in August 2009.

The scheduling of the celebration is now OPEN.


Hello All!

We are scheduling our anniversary celebration for this month!

The leading option is Saturday the [17th].

The other choices are: Saturday the [24th] and Saturday the [10th].
Saturday the 31st is currently off the table, because I will be away at my nephew's wedding (and I suspect many in the U.S. may be away for the Labor Day weekend). However, it is possible that the 31st or other dates might be considered, because SotM scheduling rules will not apply. Other times of day may also be considered, with weight given to the most attendance for the initial festivities by U.S. and European members.

Post your availability and/or preferences for dates below.

Extra weight in scheduling will be given to the availability of those who are planning and administering the event.

If the [10th] is chosen as the date, then scheduling will close on August 5, to allow five days for notice. Otherwise, scheduling will be open through August 8.

I'll be out of town and unavailable the entire weekend of the 24th, going to Daytona for the race. Don't let this affect scheduling tho, just letting ppl know.
