You would guess correctly. Search in game news log for his name, and you find he left fleet less than three days after joining. I sent re-invite last week with response that he is in another fleet. That is all the information we have. It counts as a failed probation period. Incidentally, your inquiry would have been best posted in Fleet Talk, not recruitment in the future.
