Reason for leaving former STO fleets (if applicable):
got Rl wrecked by hurricane in 2013; unstable movement, homelessness, and computer issues/update creep knocked me out of STO for a number of years.
Reason for delay in reapplication: I moved to Champions Online and became on-line Dj for Paragon Dawn/Dawn radio. I returned to STO with them. I do not plan to leave Paragon Dawn as my duties there as a Dj require I have a presence in the Paragon Dawn Fleet. I do not anticipate and conflict between fleets.

What made you interested in returning the to 12th fleet?
Words cannot express how heart-broken I was to lose my spot in the fleet, I ran into Rear Admiral Stromgold on ESD and he encouraged me to return (several times). This is not an idea I have been able to let go of, however I have needed a bit of time to swap my toons around to be able to free Straenj from the Dawn fleet, as she is not my Dj toon she is able to move.

In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th Fleet?
I am a positive player, who is willing to help all those in need. I have networking skills in game and host a radio show, on a station that is dedicated to support the MMO community of many games. My main duties before I left the 12th was doing art and graphics for Fleet and Members and I am looking forward in sharing my skills which have grown since I was here last.

DIVISION SELECTIONYou must choose a division you want to join inside 12th Fleet. The divisions within the fleet help us to administer the fleet to better serve our members, as well as providing groups for members of similar interest. Note that all members can partake in any in-game event, your division does not dictate what you can do, it gives you a place to do what you prefer. Divisions welcome all in-game careers, you do
NOT have to join the division that matches your character's "career" in-game. Instead join the division that focuses on your main game-play interest.

*many of the Divisions and Responsibilities have changed since I left, I am happy to be wherever they deal with art/extra activities. I chose 31 as that was my old division, but would be happy if it was felt I would be better suited for another. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.
