Short and fast first rules. Gotta have the word Carrier in your ship type and you gotta have 2 hangers. Maybe a couple of events: Capital Ship Battle(Carriers are immobile 9km away from each other. Can rotate and can fire weapons. Most of the fight will be done with pets) And Active Battle (Free moving)
