Hmm, I recall seeing that Kobali cruiser console being used in PvP, and thinking whoops that was one anniversary event I should have done.

Activating this console will heal your starship for a large amount, this heal increases as health decreases. Additionally, your [emphasis added] directed energy attacks will charge up your Regenerative Integrity Field causing further small amounts of healing with each attack.
