Sorry Jarek, to get veterans' benefits such as transfer to active status without going through a re-app, you must request a transfer to Veterans Division before you go inactive. I sent you an e-mail asking whether you wanted to transfer to Veterans when you missed activity checks in September last year, before you were placed on Inactive on October 3, 2016. You could have asked your VA back in October for leave to return without a re-app and transferred to Veterans then. However, your only option now is to re-apply like everyone else, as I explained to you by PM last November.
