Subnucleonic Beam is now a Lieutenant Commander or higher Science Bridge Officer Power..


So, all you have to do is run a sci heavy tac or engi ship to get a subnuc now. I'm covered with the MVAM.

They eliminated this change in development. Sci captains still rule. ;)
