Any thoughts on Bryan Fuller Stepping down and how it will affect the new Star Trek series?

dont care too much for cbs going backwards. is it really that hard to give us a show set in the 29th century THEN go backwards.

Personally, I have zero stake in this series anyway as I refuse to support the atrocious assumptions that Americans will simply grin and bear CBS all access while the majority of the rest of the world need not think twice about getting a new Trek series. I am not even following development.

Sorry, still salty as hell over this point.
