If you're looking for the good old pvp days of yore, though, you might be a tad disappointed I fear... it's in a sorry enough state that I've abandoned it in favour of good times with Pandemic Legion over in New Eden.

I got in and played a little bit. Things have certainly changed. Don't have too much time to devote to figuring it all out again right now though, but I'll pop in from time to time.

Nal! You're in PL now? What happened to w-space life? I've let my accounts lapse for a couple of months. To busy studying for certifications to play EVE right now.

Wormhole content dried up as evictions become more and more common, and I wanted a supercarrier that didn't fit into a wormhole very well. I can honestly say that I've found a home in EVE where I think I'll be happy for a very long time. Very different to how most alliances are run, and I love the culture and generally high level of competence; where else could you get away with flying Command Ships as a mainline doctrine with only three days' notice?

It is sad to see people evac'ing once they learn we're moving in nearby rather than stay and fight, but that's no different than the pvp queues emptying when the Pandas would start running I guess. Also, with the current skill system saying you're too busy to play is a terrible excuse for unsubbing

(unless the $$ is an actual problem, I miss the days when EVE was cheap and I only needed one account instead of four...)
