So my bro in law has been having a similar problem with his Audi V6. We cleaned out the PCV and it's fixed the problem. The diaphragm was blocked completely. He's now going to get the entire intake system cleaned, if one part is blocked then chances are the rest is too. This only took like 5 mins too.
Just thought i'd post this if anyone is having similar issues.
From what Proto told me his car is running ok again too so i think this problem is solved.
Man with new tax rules here, driving my diesel Astra will become super expensive...
And in a litlle while I won't be able to drive to some city's anymore cos it dosn't have some filter...
