I find that favors are pretty quick to earn now, I will probably be grinding some more through the weekend, get all the new stuff.

You have to go to the vendor to buy female shorts, they actually show up there. Only the rep store is broken.

Also, beware that the female shorts say in the description that they can only be worn by male captains. This is untrue, but be sure your buying the female version...
