Leonard Nimoy has passed away.

I read on the news today that the Westboro Baptist Church were going to picket Mr Nimoy's funeral but the location was kept secret so they cancelled. Seriously? What had Leonard Nimoy done to raise the ire of the WBC?

It saddens me that there are people like that out there.

he lived. and they hate him for it.

they also picketed dead solders coming back. so figure that one out

I saw this on Drexler's FB page.

I reckon Nimoy would've got a kick out of it.

In a lift with a dodgy sliding door, which prompts the guy next to me to say, "see that boy aff Star Trek died, Derek Nimmo. Eighty-three, he was."

So I said that his name was Leonard Nimoy.

"No it wisnae. It was Derek, ken he played Spotty."

Remarkably this happened to me today.

The first thing in the morning after waking up, turn on the laptop, login to my facebook and suddenly... A very sad and shocking news appeared at my newsfeed... I was cry a bit for a while after I read the news.

RIP Leonard Nimoy.
