Apparently CBS has not forgotten about Star Trek...hopefully we get to see more of it.

With more time having passed since the end of ENT, it become more probable that a new Trek TV series is going to come in, but the question remains if it'll be compelling enough to stay on the screen for 7+ seasons.

I was holding hope they would continue Enterprise on Netflix but as it has been almost 10 years now I doubt we'll see it, shame I really wanted to see the Romulan arc.asimogorov wrote:With more time having passed since the end of ENT, it become more probable that a new Trek TV series is going to come in, but the question remains if it'll be compelling enough to stay on the screen for 7+ seasons.

It'd be just my luck that they commission a series in the JJverse.

^ that is a possibility! Unfortunate for me. No Vulcan, No Romulus! It's going to be a sad place.WelshAvenger wrote:It'd be just my luck that they commission a series in the JJverse.

Well Frakes said he is still interested in Trek so maybe he would star in a new series. USS Titan anyone??? That would continue where Nemesis finished.

I don't think Frakes could carry a new series because he looks like my dad, grey and a little saggy. Maybe he could be like McCoy in the pilot of TNG and give them a good send off. I'd trust him completely to direct it though.
IIRC there was an idea for a new series where the Federation was on the back foot in a political war where Ferenginar were the dominant power. Can't remember where I saw that tidbit.

Damon, Matt could be the lead Ferengi and Damon Lindelof could be the story writerWelshAvenger wrote:IIRC there was an idea for a new series where the Federation was on the back foot in a political war where Ferenginar were the dominant power. Can't remember where I saw that tidbit.
