Re: BattleTop GalactiGun
nice movie, now I need to watch BSG all over again *sigh*
I pray to god that at some point we might get some new decent Sci-fi serires, its getting stale watching BSG, Babylon 5, Trek, Star Wars, Firefly, Farscape over and over and over again (I think I am on 10x watching trough the whole of Babylon 5 and who knows how many times Star Trek).

Nice vid.
Eldiora, there was some talk recently of remaking the cult classics Space:1999 and Blake's 7. Although if they did Blake's 7 nowadays, it'd make BSG's storylines look like a comedy festival. I don't know of any other sci-fi series that had the stones to end it with the slaughter of the good guys and total victory of the bad guys.
Space 1999 was a great Gerry Anderson series that used have a killer theme tune full of 70's twangy rock guitar.

Adding to the 'in need of remake' or 'underappreciated/little known' sci-fi classics.
Space Above and Beyond was another great series loved by fans, and miss-understood by corporate fat cats who 'Firefly'd it'
This was a great episode, and the speech at around 2:20 is still one of the greatest.
Most of this series is available on netflix, and you tube, and I think it is definitely worth a watch. The season finale cliffhanger, done how it was in case the series was actually over, at least allowed the fans a chance of closure... unlike Enterprise or Firefly.

Ahh i remember Space: above and beyond. I remember a really touching episode where a badass kept saying everything was "easy as pancakes" then at the end when they jettison the pancakes *wipes tear*
