Hmmm I'm not so sure about that... Star Wars ships have Shields like Star Trek Ships do. Just a different design. I've followed a heated star wars vs star trek argument once and the conclusion was that apart from the death star star wars ships are generally inferiour to star trek federation ships, but star wars ships can travel much faster. Only 1 borg drone floating through space might be enough already to mean the end of that star wars fleet. An entire fleet of borg cubes would probably cut up their entire army pretty quickly and assimilate the rest.
