Sorry for the Confusion! and a delay I'm afraid :/, I've not been online the same time as the rest of the command staff since the weekend so I have not been able to confirm any times.

But I have proposed some dates/times to them, Please let me know if any of these times are suitable and we can arrange our meeting .

Friday 14th - 7.30pm (GMT) - Available For the next few hours after this time
Saturday 15th - 8.30pm (GMT) - Available for a Hour and half after this time
Sunday 16th - 7.30pm (GMT) - Available for the next few hours after this time

This is of course subject to change for other Diplomatic Contacts, but I can guarantee these times for myself

That's understandable, our fleet is spread out as I'm sure yours is so being on at the same time is difficult at best.

I will pass this info on to our command, but I think at this time Friday at 7:30(GMT) would work best for me. I will have about an hour at that time, but won't be able to stay on after that. I know No Mercy was looking to attend as well, and I think that time will work for him also, but I'll need to confirm.

Assuming that time works, do you have a preferred location you would like to meet at? Also I believe we can invite you to our Team Speak server if you do not have access to one, I'll confirm that as well and send the information to you.

Admiral Nexa and Esteemed members of 1st Column,

On behalf of the 12th fleet I would like to personally thank you for a very successful first contact meeting yesterday. No mercy and I are very pleased to have had the chance to meet with you face to face and learn more about each fleet. As we discussed in the meeting we look forward to a formal treaty being drawn up and signed by both fleets in the near future. As we both continue to formalize the agreement between our fleets, please feel free to visit us on our forum. I will arrange access for you on our Team Speak channel if you would like to join us there from time to time. I will pop in on Raidcall also. Would it be ok to pass along the Raidcall channel to our fleet in case other members would like to join you?

Hello 12th Fleet!

I think I can safely say for all us who attended the first contact meeting, that we are looking forward to taking the next step between our two fleets. Im sure the appropriate department will work with you on drawing up a treaty and I will speak to Admiral Nexa about authorising your fleet members to join us on Raid Call though I do not see an issue.
