I'm on all the time at odd hours, but I can usually work out a schedule that works for everone (family life / work / game time).
But static hours normally are: 7am - 4pm Mon. Tues and 11pm (Tues) - 6am (Wed)

In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet?
Having extensive experience with a wide array of MMO's I can be a valuable asset of knowledge, experience, and comapassion.
As an officer in multiple guilds I have dealt with both internal and external conflicts. The majority of which were resolved amicably.
If a Fleet member needs help with a mission and I take pride in providing assistance or a solution to a challenge.
Also I am a pretty easy going guy...and I love apple pie (mmm pie)

I think he meant tactical and MACO are full. I believe there are spaces free at engineering, trade and some other divisions.

Please remember that you can try to apply for a transfer once you are admitted to the fleet, not guarenteeing that it always be possible at the convenient moment.
