Just give Arsinoe or Maki Picard/Enterprise D a Pm and let them know..
You should Pm Arsinoe first though.. Im sure they just where overwhelmed abit by the shear numbers of people applying to the 12th at one time.
Pm him and then give it a day or so.. If you havent gotten it then let me know and I will Pm Arsinoe myself too. The admirals have letterally been going through 50 Pms a day so it is possible they missed you.
