How did you hear about the 12th fleet?
Well I've encounter few posts on STO forum made by your members and they made a good impression on me.
What made you interested in choosing the 12th fleet?
I've done some research and found this fleet to be well organized and based on principals witch are close to my hart.
Also great number of members (from different timezones) guarantees that fleet will be operational at every point in time servers are up.
But you already know that ;p

I'm interested in every aspect of the game so will give you a percentage.
It is based on my experience from previous games so may differ after I'll see what STO has in store for me.
(10%*) solo PvE, (20%) Group PvE, (25%) Raiding, (20%) PVP, (25%) Crafting/Trading
*I'd like to experience game on my own at first, to learn how things work and simply look around.
This means at first I will focus on solo play. Still I will be more than happy to share new found knowledge
with you on Ventrilo or hear about your discoveries and adventures as well.

What days and times are you usually online?:
Mon-Fri* : 18-1 (17-24 GMT)
Weekend : 10-1 (9-24 GMT)
*After March will probably have 2 days off so you could expect me to be online
similar to weekends then.

Well after open beta I will be 100% sure about what my avatar will be like and what ship I will fly.

Have you ever played an MMORPG? If so, which one and how long:
Here we go:
1) Some MUD-s (Genesis, Arkadia, Realms of Despair) for few years
2) MuOnline - 1 year total, liked game "climate" very much, tho it was not very challenging
3) Lineage2 - 2 months, idea of losing XP after death in pvp was bad but losing entire lvls was not acceptable at all.
4) GW - 1years, I left because pve was dead in this game.
5) Eve - 1year after witch I have realized that I will never be able to compete witch someone who's playing longer than me.
Also game is focused on pvp and pve is put aside.
6) WoW - 2years total, I left because game was not reaching standards established by the game itself in its former glory.
Blitzz went easy on item designs, attributes, powers, raid locations (TOTC being 1 room.. major fail), also differences between classes are beginning to fade (this is probably the idea how to balance classes).

In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet?
Well I always want to improve things I am a part of.
I will find myself some tasks (like building our own star base, I would love to be a part of that)
and will do whatever I can to make it done and done good.

Will you give your future division's Rear Admiral at least 3 days notice if you decide to resign?
Yes
Will you use Fleet Ventrillo Voice Chat?
Yes, tho my spoken English is kinda rusty after 2 years break from actually using it on daily basis.
Hope will adapt soon and there will be no need for multitranslator ;p
