Jolan'tru I am Ambassador Dhiemm of the Imperial Romulan Fleet.
We have received an invitation from Rika that the 12th Fleet would like to reopen communications and diplomatic ties with the IRF and I'm here to do so and to say we look
forward to teaming up to do Joint Fleet Events.

I am glad you found your way through federation space in good time. We will get your diplomatic account set up very soon. I do look forward to meeting some of your staff and maybe getting some events lined out.
