What squad am I for Sure??? Alpha or Beta??? Arsinoe ??

Since I joined I have been kinda referred to both squads back and forth.
Some people told me I was in Alpha, which is where I am in the Roster Currently, But then I was told that there weren't enough Players in beta so I would be put in beta..
I am a little confused to where I belong, just need some for sure direction.
I would like to suggest that we should fill up one squad at a time. I think it may make it easier to fill up all the roles of the fleet and each squad better.
example, alpha gets filled up to 10 people, then beta gets filled up to 10 people, then macro.
I think that the main roles such as captain and commander should be designated first or at least labeled. So then they gain experience commanding new recruits and they can build a repore with they officers.
The admirals should watch these captains and commanders closely, and demote them for bad behavior. They will then be replaced by someone else in the squad. Those who have been demoted should be able to work their way back up slowly.
Everybody else can stay lower ranking, until they work their way up or prove their leadership assets to the admirals. The admirals have the power and the discretion.
We should have a minimum limit of officers in a squad so they are more complete. If the squad is not at minimum it should only be engaging strict recruitment policies until filled to the minimum. Then they can start other duties as a fleet. May be we can then create more squads!!
More Captains and more opportunities for promotion for everyone!! Everybody wins I think there.
