Ship classes for the branches

i was noticing that some divisions were allowed to use what ever type of ship/ config they wanted to use but i havnt seen any semi official listing or group for some other branches of service like mine for example. I was just wondering if the command would pass that info along? thanks

Most of the branches have officers in multiple ship classes because that is something that is just nessecary in games like this, some branches obviously will have a predisposition to certain setups, but I doubt anyone will be truly all one class.
