The 12th Fleet: Starbase Valhalla

Does the fleet have guidelines on what races can be used by fleet members or is it anything you choose?
I realize it's a Federation fleet so I was curious.
May seem like a silly question, and sorry if I missed it in a previous post.

I haven't seen any notes on the topic in searching the forums... but the Federation was well known for it's mix of races and being considerate to all shapes and sizes. You'd think it would be ok. I guess a higher up can confirm that.

Maybe add that somewhere to the General Orders or another location so people can have it as a reference.

Well, personally I don't want to be limited by other people in how I play the game, so I'd ignore any of those rules anyways.

However I did come up with a fun idea, perhaps we can create a special fleet race that we can use for one of our BO's? I think that might be fun.
