The 12th Fleet: Starbase Valhalla

I am trying to buy a Bridge officer on Earth Spacedock, Bridge Officer Requisitions.

I receive the message 'Unable to Buy Item- You do not have room for that

Please explain what I am doing wrong , missing.

Your bridge officer candidate list may be full. You will find the list in your character status menu. It can be accessed at the bottom of the "Stations" tab. Once open, you will find various options.

FYI, superior watcher operatives are almost as good and available on the exchange.
