I once was known for writing ST based short stories in a semi-serialized fashion and wonder if any other 12th fleet personnel do this as well?

I would suggest checking out the Science forums. Lots of forums for creative writing!

Here's one of my favorite stories:
Sysil challenged me to a space battle duel. He died. The end.
