The 12th Fleet: Starbase Valhalla

I wanted to check in and see if the 12th Fleet is still active? I have not been active since 2013 but I wanted to checkout the state of the game and the fleet. Hope all are well.

You need to re-apply to reactivate into the Fleet, because you went inactive. See examples in Recruitment.
