What's your (quick) daily regimen?

Often I only have time in the morning and evening to log in for a few minutes to finish "admin" stuff. Basically, I currently just:
1. Refine Dilithium Ore
2. Complete/Restart R&D Slots
3. Complete/Restart Admiralty Slots
4. Complete/Restart DOFF Slots

Am I missing anything quick that I could do that doesn't involve flying around, or perhaps one Transwarp? I was thinking maybe popping over to the Fleet Mine might be good to get mining DOFF jobs.

Anyway, the basic question is: If you had 10 or 15 minutes to log in on a busy day, what would you do beyond the stuff listed above?

You might consider keeping your toon down at the Starfleet Academy and picking up the duty officer missions available there every three days. Those missions pay out in white (and occasionally higher level) duty officers (about eight missions available from four different contacts, with payout of about 11 doffs altogether). The white duty officers are needed for our K13 base development projects (and other projects available on the Armada holdings tab). The occasional refugee doff reward on the missions can be used to get better doffs (most easily on the Asylum on Earth mission which is listed last under the Operations duty officer missions when you beam upstairs to the Earth Spacedock).

You can also do the lore mission available at the academy on a daily basis for 480 dilithium payout (the answers to the lore questions are at http://sto.gamepedia.com/Lore or in context at http://sto.gamepedia.com/Accolade/Lore).

Those are great ideas! I've been donating dil and some other stuff when I can to K13, but I've noticed they need white, so that's a good plan. And thanks for reminding about the lore questions, I had forgotten about that!
