bridge officer training guru

I need a bridge officer guru to tell me how to train one of my officers as an intelligence officer I have ten points in the specialty. Is there some kind of training manual I need for that?

First you need to get a Specialisation Manual (either craft one yourself in the RND Tap for officer manuals or trough the exchange). Then when you have the manual in your inventory in the Boff window you will see in the mid right upper area specialisations where you can train one of your officers with intel.
After that you need the Intelligence Training Manuals for the Various skills (those need far higher level to manufacture so either have someone from fleet with a higher level craft them for you or visit the exchange)
Then you train the intel skills like any normal skill.
Depending on your ship if you have an Intel Commander I would suggest you get at least:
Surgical Strikes III and Override Subsystem Safeties II (leaves you the ltc slot for omega or faw 3)

it loses its veteran status and all the veteran bonuses that were a part of it, and becomes a standard rarity boff.
and since im banned for stating the bleeding obvious to cryptic about their blatant money grabs and bs metric systems, i cannot fillout a bug report that'll actually have a chance in getting looked at because we all now cryptics games never have an bugs in them and are always working as intended
