Login Server/Connection Issues?

Anyone else getting very long load times on the launcher, login and in-game? Half the time I can't convince it to log-in at all today and even the launcher is freezing out. Otherwise my net connection is fine (other games are ok and connection speed and quality are normal) Am suspicious about the Windows update that went out recently.
Anyone else having issues?

Apparently a lot of UK players having this issue, from bug forums. Think i'll just have to wait and try again when i get back from Manc tomorrow

I've been getting DCd a bit. I also noticed that there was a change in the way the launcher loaded since the RedShirt April 1 thing. It seems slower.

I am patching now... Very slow.
Last few weeks (basically since Delta Recruit), I have had unprecedented rubber-banding and Server not responding issues. To the point that I cannot even play PvE queues because it'll freeze up and by the time I come back I am dead and the optionals are usually blown.
Regular content is taking twice as long because of it as well... Thank the sword for accelerated leveling to this point.

Indeedy, although it was much better today after downtime when i logged on but i was still seeing some band-age in high population areas.
