So with my JJ 'prise now being turned in to a crashed ship diorama i went in search of ideas and inspiration. I ended up going to see a friend who has built/is building a huge model railway in what was his dining room. He has built all of this up from scratch so who better to see about making a scene with a hillside/mountain and some vegetation. I thought i'd grab some snaps while i was there so i could show you guys kinda what i am going for. Railway enthusiasts will love this. All of his stations have names too.

So this is kinda what my vegetation will look like in my scene. My plan is to have some skid marks along the ground to show the ship has been sliding for miles and eventually crashed in to a large hillside/mountain and got wedged. It's started sinking and over time become abandoned and foliage has started taking over and mould and moss is growing over the ship. So yes, you'll be glad to hear that i'll be beating up the ship even more :D

I am a model railroad enthusiast, I work on building my rail-road when I've the time...
It's a lot of fun especially if there are a few others.

Lots of construction going on the layout:

Vulnair is huge into trains, he'd probably like this if you sent him a PM.

He sent me a PM :P

Looks awesome! I don't really do a lot with physical modeling but I do work in Trainz 12:

It's not my creation but I modified it a bit for my purposes.
