It is but it is kind of old as well. Look on STO Forums under "Everything we know about STO" it is a compilation of all articles, interviews, etc. all wrapped into one thread (well two pages) but it is great reading.

I have had issues with The STO site being locked out of the forums so ive had to look at third party sites often to get info ,half the time i try to get on the STO forums i get an error message or a site is down message .Ill continue to post articles here i find of interest and invite you and all other members of the 12th to do so as well .
