Experienced MMO player seeking refuge in 12th Fleet (EU)

Hello,
My name is Rick, 28 years old, and I would very much like to apply for a position in the 12th Fleet. I'm for Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
I'm a very experienced MMO player: City of Heroes, EVE Online, Lord of the Rings Online and for the most part WoW. I've ran a guild with over 200 unique accounts once, although lately I've taken a break from online gaming because of the birth of my daughter (Nov. 2008) and twin boys (Sept. 2009). But, we expect that by the time STO comes out, the boys will sleep through the night (fingers crossed) and I can spend an evening or two playing STO. In short, don't expect me to be the player that is online most of all, but you can expect to have a pleasant guy in the fleet.
In WoW I've mostly played DPS as a Hunter, but for this fresh start I would like to fulfill a more supporting role. Therefor, I apply for the Engineering Division.
