Hey All! I am very excited to present the December Issue of Valhalla Vanguard: The 12th Fleet Magazine. We've got some great articles, including an interview with STO's Executive Producer Daniel Stahl!

hmmm...the designer in me would like to offer input on this, but the new member of the fleet part of me says no, its not my place, just simply say good job on all your hard work...though i do have one question thats been bothering me on the issues that i have seen in my tenure with the 12th fleet and that is....
"Why? Are the pages the same as the backround in which this magazine is presented on?"
i apologize if i seem presumptuous or pretentious in my post.

Not presumptuous at all. We're always looking to improve the magazine. There's no real good answer. I tossed the image in because it was high res and would scale (as it is a flash based app and can go full screen. Admittedly I selected it as it was the only easy to use texture I had at the time. I'll spend some time next issue looking at alternatives or just going with something as simple as a gradient background. Thanks for the input!
