The 12th Fleet: Starbase Valhalla

Okay, so i took one of my alts and transferred it to tribble to check out the new conversions for Omega Marks which will not be unlockable at tier 3.

My character prior to Transfer had the following.

129 EDC
1 Common Borg Engine Tech
2 Rare Borg Deflector Tech
5 Rare Borg Engine Tech
1 Rare borg Weapon tech
16 Rare borg salvage
2 Prototype Borg Engine Tech
1 Prototype Borg PSG Tech
13 Prototype Borg Salvage

My character after the transfer had:

1 Omega Conversion Crate

It Contained:
3000 Omega Marks
13 Borg Neural Processors
4000 Dilithium

So I assume 1 Prototype Borg Salvage = 1 Borg Neural Processor but the rest im not sure of the conversion.. I did some quick math and if I converted all that gear above to dilithium I would get:

76866 Dilithium

Not sure if its worth it to convert or not..

If you already have the MK12 kit, and are playing the stf's for fun, you'll amass enough to get to T5 (which takes a fair amount of dil).

So, personally, dependant on toon, I'd convert (my 2 mains already have as they have the MK12, alts don't so they won't convert).

You know i searched the forums to see if someone had info on the conversion and couldn't find anything.

As i am reading it seems to give marks and BNC in tiers. Everything extra just gives a horrible return on dil, compared to now. Looking like they are calculating what the minimum you need to get a good return.

Also, i posted in the STF reputation thread but I'll say iut here. The tribble patched changed it yesterday to tier 3 to unlock crate not 5. FYI. So you might want so extra marks and things to get to 5 a little quicker.

The problem is the neural processors, they aren't giving anywhere near enough of them!!

Besides, you get what? 1 per elite?

So for your crate Paddy, you can get the same amount of processors in a night??

Hmm, ya, I noted above that it unlocks at tier 3 now.. I'm still dubious of this.. seems like a rip off..
