Open Beta key for registered users?

Hi boys this is the day one for the beta!!!! Because I haven't preorder the game, where I can get the key for the beta?

Well one way is if you go to your local Gamestop or EB games and see if they have any extra codes, they WILL give them out.
Also, you can buy them on ebay, but it's better to just pre-order the game.

but in STO I've read this :
Can't find a key at a partner site? Still feeling lucky? Well, if you have a registered account with us, you may also receive one of the keys we'll be sending out at random to our userbase.
